Does Koville have any industry certifications?

Our products meet or exceed the ANSI/KCMA A161.1 performance and construction standards for kitchen and vanity cabinets as certified by ICC-ES (International Code Council Evaluation Service). At Koville Cabinetry, it's our mission to provide the highest-quality products with the lowest environmental impact. We're proud to display ANSI/KCMA A161.1 certification on our cabinetry, the industry standard for quality in cabinet manufacturing.

Does Koville have any material‑related certifications?

Yes. Koville complies with the EPA formaldehyde emissions standards for composite wood products under TSCA Title VI, and also meets the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Phase 2 formaldehyde emission standards. These certifications ensure that our cabinet materials are safe and environmentally responsible.

Are all color finishes available in stock?

Koville offers a wide range of color options, and each color is maintained in inventory. While stock levels may vary by location and product line, our coast‑to‑coast sales network ensures that any color you need can be promptly sourced and delivered to meet your requirements.

Do you sell to the general public?

Koville is a wholesale distributor that deals exclusively with trade professionals (contractors, designers, and builders). You can purchase directly by contacting our sales team, or place an order through our eShop. For retail, please search for Koville Cabinetry on Wayfair.

Does my contractor need to be with me when I visit your showroom?

No, but we highly recommend that your contractor accompany you. Our sales representatives and customer service staff may not have all the answers regarding your specific project.

Do I need an appointment to browse the showroom?

Homeowners are welcome to browse the showroom without an appointment. However, homeowners are not allowed to enter the warehouse area unless accompanied by their contractor. Contractors may enter the warehouse without a Koville sales representative or CSR present.

Do I need an appointment for material selection?

Yes. Your contractor must schedule an appointment with a Koville sales representative in advance, and the representative will confirm the appointment. We strongly suggest that the contractor accompanies the homeowner during the material‑selection process.

Do I need an appointment for kitchen cabinet design?

Yes. Your contractor will make an appointment with a designer. The designer will not sit with the homeowner to review kitchen dimensions or layout; the designer works exclusively with the contractor. Homeowners are welcome to join their contractor during the appointment.

Do you fabricate or install cabinets?

No, we do not. Reframe form referrals.

Are pets allowed?

No, only certified service animals are permitted.

Are children allowed in the warehouse?

No. Children are not permitted in the warehouse area at any time.

What type of construction do your cabinets use?

All plywood construction. we do not use particleboard in any of our cabinet boxes. For detailed construction information, please visit kovillecabinetry.com/construction

What type of coatings do you use on your cabinets?

Finished with Sherwin-Williams coatings

What hardware do you use on your cabinets?

All our cabinets come standard with 6-way adjustable and soft-closing hardware, including concealed hinges and full-extension undermount drawer slides. Every drawer and door is engineered for effortless use and lasting performance.
